2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on PingFast's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

3. Premium
- By making a one-time purchase in the app, you agree to pay the specified amount to access premium content, features, or services within the app.
- This purchase provides you with a lifetime, non-transferable license to access and enjoy the designated premium content.
- Note that this is a one-time payment and you will not be subject to recurring charges or subscription fees for the acquired content.
- Once the purchase is completed and verified, you will have access to premium features or content on your device.
- Although we specify the payment methods in the app, they are managed by Paddle, Stripe and Mercado Pago. They may vary depending on the region and time.
- We do not store your "sensitive data." We respect your privacy.
- By initiating the checkout process, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of the responsible payment provider.
- The license is tied to your PC.
- You can make hardware or PC changes and continue using your license, but there is a minimum period of 30 days between device swaps.
- For example: If you acquire the license for one device on 10/25, it can be used on another PC starting from 11/25.
- It is possible to acquire the license for more than one device to use it simultaneously.
- The software offers various free features with no time limit; by purchasing the premium version, we understand that you have already tested the software.
3.1 Refund Policy
- Users who purchase a premium license through Paddle are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
- Refund requests must be made directly through Paddle’s support system.
- The refund policy applies only to purchases of premium content, features, or services and does not cover the free version of the app.
- Refunds will be processed following Paddle's guidelines, and users will receive the refunded amount through the original payment method used at purchase.
- Requesting a refund will revoke your license and may ban your account indefinitely.
4. Disclaimer
- The materials on PingFast's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. PingFast makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
- Further, PingFast does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
- We reserve the right to remove accounts without the premium version that meet certain conditions, such as false accounts, inactive accounts, accounts with offensive or inappropriate names, among others, at any time. This measure applies exclusively to accounts without the premium license, ensuring a safer and more organized environment for all users.
5. Limitations
In no event shall PingFast or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PingFast's website, even if PingFast or a PingFast authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on PingFast's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. PingFast does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. PingFast may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However PingFast does not make any commitment to update the materials.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of PingFast and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
